Material: Acrylic/PMMA
Type: Film Applied to Cast Acrylic
Size: ~varies (+/-1.0mm in length and width)
Thickness: 3mm (+/-0.1mm in thickness)
Surface Finish: Both sides are glossy
Masking: Blue Plastic PE Films on one side and clear on the other (remove to use so it does not melt to the plastic sheet and paper masking can be used over the top without issue. Be careful removing it so it doesn't damage the transparent film, or you will be left with a clear sheet and not holographic properties)
GF Cut Settings: 148/full Proofgrade Acrylic and cut with the film layer down to avoid flashback and melting. Also elevate the sheet off the bed a little bit. We also suggest you cut a test piece on this.
Cut Settings are only a recommendation; please test your sheet on whatever machine you are using, because every laser, regardless of brand, will cut differently. The settings are just a recommendation of what worked best for us.
Laser tip: To avoid excess melting or burning, round the corners in your design so the laser does not remain in one location for long.
