Currently we offer a wide range of stocked acrylic sheets, wood and custom printed acrylic and MDF products. Our products cater to both personal and business needs.

MDF stands for Medium Density Fiberboard. It is an engineered wood product that is widely used in the construction, crafting and furniture industries. MDF is made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers, often in a defibrator, combining them with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. We currently work with 1/8” and 1/4” thicknesses. We are very fortunate that our MDF is manufactured in Montana and is formaldehyde-free MDF for all of your laser needs.

Acrylic is a type of plastic that resembles glass but has properties that make it superior for various applications. It is lightweight, durable, and can be transparent or colored. Acrylic is commonly used in art, signage, displays, earrings and other fun craft projects because of its durability.

Pattern Printed Acrylic or MDF is a unique product that combines the versatility of acrylic or MDF wood with high-quality UV printed patterns. We have thousands of patterns to choose from as well as material variations to make your project unique.

Our Pattern MDF and Pattern Printed Acrylic is produced using high-quality UV printing technology. This ensures vibrant and durable patterns that resist fading over time. The result is a stunning combination of pattern with your desired materials.

Absolutely! We love to work with you on a custom print. Whether you need a specific size, shape, or design, we will work with you to create a custom product that meets your requirements. Contact us for more information or select the customize link on our website to upload your files.

We accept a variety of file formats for custom designs, including JPEG, PNG, PDF, and SVG. Ensure that your file is high-resolution (300 dpi) for the best printing results. If you have specific file format concerns, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

We do not have a minimum order quantity for custom prints. Whether you need a single custom acrylic piece or multiple items, our ordering system can accommodate your requirements.

We only offer the sheets in hobby size at this time of approximately 12” x 19.5” (300x500mm). We do not have any plans currently to expand to larger sizes.

Since we are a small shop, we do not offer any wholesale or bulk purchasing. We do have a “Sweet Rewards” Program that helps repeat customers take advantage of discounts as you continue to purchase items.

Cleaning acrylic is easy! Use a mild soap or acrylic cleaner with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials, as they can scratch the surface. At Little Sweet Pea we recommend the brand Novus for cleaning acrylic. Novus offers a range of cleaners and polishes designed to restore and protect acrylic materials and remove small surface scratches from the material.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. All transactions are secure through Shopify or Paypal, and we prioritize the privacy and security of our customers' information.

We offer reliable shipping options for orders. We currently do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Since all of our items are custom, we do not allow any returns. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can take care of it for you. If you click on the Return Policy on the bottom of this page it will elaborate on the policy.

The processing time for any order varies based on factors such as order complexity and quantity. Once your order is processed, we aim to ship it as quickly as possible. You can view estimated delivery times during the checkout process. Stock acrylic without any custom printing ships within 1-2 days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support.
