Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Little Sweet Pea Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 Shipment processing time

All orders that contain printing are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders that are stock items or bargain basement items will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders after 2 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) will not be processed until the next business day.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during Thanksgiving to Christmas, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship with UPS, Fedex and USPS mail depending on your location.  Free shipping of orders over $99 will be selected as the most economical choice for us shipping out of Montana.  The shipping method is in addition to the processing times above.    

* Rush deliveries are available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. When you select the "Rush delivery" option, this means we will process the item in one business day versus our normal above turnaround times plus USPS priority mail which will vary by location.  Overnight shipping is not an option available on our website, please contact littlesweetpea406@gmail.com to make arrangements.  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we are not responsible for transit times through the selected carrier once it has left us.  We will make every effort to help speed up your order, but some things are out of our control. 

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) from Shopify or Paypal. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 Little Sweet Pea Designs not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

 If you received your order damaged or it has been lost, please contact us and then contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
