IMPORTANT – CUSTOM PRINT ORDERS

Custom prints require additional production time. Please allow 2 additional business days beyond our current turnaround time for all custom print orders, including Ready-to-Go prints that you personalize and submit. While we always do our best to complete orders as quickly as possible, expedited turnaround cannot be guaranteed.

Color Disclaimer

Our printers use the CMYK color process, which means the colors on your printed product may vary from what you see on your screen (RGB). Some colors—especially fluorescent, neon, metallic, and highly vibrant shades—cannot be reproduced exactly and will print with a more muted appearance.

Because each custom design is unique, we do not provide color proofs or verify color accuracy before printing. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of normal color variation. If you are trying to match a specific color or have concerns about color accuracy, please contact us before placing your order.

No Refunds or Returns

All custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, all custom orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.
